If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, C&C promises that you may return it before order completion and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree on the refund amount directly with the Us.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please take the following shipping times into consideration, depending on your location:
We source our inventory from several international manufacturers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest products we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from.
Due to the overseas location of our fulfillment center, please allow for up to 1-3 weeks for shipping and up to 3-4 weeks if the order is international.
Please note that items ordered together maybe they will not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
LOST STOLEN OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES?
If you do not receive your order within the promised days, you can ask for a full refund before order completion.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you are checking out with PayPal, due to the nature of PayPal, we are required to ship to your PayPal shipping address so please ensure you DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address before making a payment. We will not be shipping to an address that is different from your PayPal shipping address (you can change your shipping address in PayPal).
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out.
